1).Introduction: The pill press dies core is made from the 100% virgin tungsten carbide material and it has the feature of high wear resistance,good heat and corrosion resistance and so on. The tungsten carbide has low impurity content so the dies won’t crack easily when punching. Outside of the dies is covered with a steel/stainless steel bushing and the punches are also made from steel/stainless steel material.
